The annual Pigeon Forge Winterfest celebration kicks off in early November, so head on down to the Smokies to enjoy this exciting city-wide festival! This is a chance to enjoy dozens of amazing light displays, including 20 new displays that feature a colorful 52-foot-long caterpillar, larger-than-life flowers, Old Man Winter, and more! Here are the top 4 reasons why you’ll love the annual Pigeon Forge Winterfest celebration:
If you enjoy taking a motorcycle ride in the Smokies, then you’ll really love the Winterfest Driving Tour of Lights! This is the best way to soak in the atmosphere of all the holiday light displays throughout Pigeon Forge, and everything kicks off at the north end of the Parkway! Altogether, you’ll get to experience more than 6 million sparkling holiday lights as you cruise down the Parkway! There have been over 1 million LED lights added to the city’s Winterfest displays this year alone, some of which stand more than 25 feet tall!
If you’re lucky enough to be in Pigeon Forge in November, you won’t want to miss the Wonders of Light Christmas Village at Patriot Park! This event takes place on three consecutive weekends throughout November and features over 35 booths of unique arts and crafts items! The best part is that admission to the Wonders of Light Christmas Village is completely free, so bring the whole gang along to get a head start on your Christmas shopping!
Be sure to take a break during your tour of the Pigeon Forge Winterfest lights to have a drink and some tasty food at our biker bar right on the Parkway! Check out the menu at our Pigeon Forge bar today to see all of the brews and chews that we have to offer!
