Iron Boar Saloon

3 Reasons Our Restaurant in Pigeon Forge TN Has the Best Location

When we were constructing the first saloon in Pigeon Forge, we knew we wanted to not only offer our guests cold drinks and a fun atmosphere, but also easy access to all the surrounding activities in the Great Smoky Mountains. When you visit our saloon, you’ll be in the perfect spot to explore all the area has to offer. Here are 3 reasons why our restaurant in Pigeon Forge TN has the best location:

1. We’re Right Beside Harley Davidson

If you’re a Harley enthusiast, then you’ve come to the right place! Our saloon is just across the street from Rocky Top Harley Davidson, the best dealer in East Tennessee. After you enjoy a burger and a cold beer with us, head across the way and talk shop with fellow bikers and motorcycle experts at the dealership. Whether you’re on the market for a new bike or not, you have to check out their incredible selection of world-class motorcycles. The motorheads at our restaurant in Pigeon Forge TN love to swap stories and compare gear with their peers, and what better way to do it than over some wings and tall brews? You’ll love being so close to Rocky Top Harley Davidson and others who share the same passions as you!

2. Near Scenic Drives

One of the best parts of our location at Iron Boar Saloon is our close proximity to tons of incredible Smoky Mountain drives. These scenic drives are perfect for motorcyclists like yourself and will leave you awestruck from the views. You can’t visit the Smokies on your bike without driving the renowned U.S. 129 “Tail of the Dragon.” This riding trail is 11 miles long with over 300 banked curves, providing an unforgettable experience and an adrenaline rush for even the most experienced riders. We also highly recommend driving U.S. Highway 441 Newfound Gap Road through the Smoky Mountains into Cherokee NC. There are plenty of pull offs on this road that you’ll want to take advantage of. Park the bike for a moment and take in the one-of-a-kind views of the mountains. There is nothing like a scenic drive in the Smokies!

3. Close to Pigeon Forge Attractions

If you’ve already explored the scenic drives and spent some time in the mountains, you can come back down to Pigeon Forge and check out all the exciting activities near our saloon! Pigeon Forge is filled with shows, shops and other entertainment options that you can’t miss. After you stop by Iron Boar, head down the road to The Island and check out all the unique shops and activities in the area. While you’re there, you can also ride The Great Smoky Mountain Wheel and take in views of the Smokies from 200 feet up!

After you spend some time on The Island in Pigeon Forge, head to one of the award-winning shows along the Parkway. Check out Paula Deen’s Lumberjack Feud, Pirates Voyage or Country Tonite. Whether you’re looking for comedy, murder mystery or action, you’ll find it at one of these shows.

Now that you know more about why our restaurant in Pigeon Forge TN has the best location, you can decide which day of your Smoky Mountain vacation you want to come see us!
