Shades of the Past Hot Rod Roundup is September 7-8
Dollywood’s Splash Country will be hosting the 33rd Annual Shades of the Past Hot Rod Roundup September 7-8, 2018. This annual car show promises great fun for anyone who appreciates the beauty of classic cars. If you’re in town for the Rod Run, take a quick ride down the parkway to Iron Boar Saloon for a great meal and plenty of beer on tap.

Shades of the Past is one of the biggest annual car shows in the Smoky Mountains, and rod runners of all ages will get caught up in the excitement as over 200 hot rods compete for a slew of grand prizes, including a $10,000 cash prize. Hosted at Dollywood’s Splash Country in Pigeon Forge, spectator admission is only $10 a day and children under 12 are free.
